Hitachi Aloka provides on-site service with our dedicated group of strategically located and highly experienced professionals. On-site service is provided 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. It is available during the initial warranty period or as part of a comprehensive service agreement.
Hitachi Aloka also offers very competitive hourly rates for service on systems not covered by one of our many service programs.

Replacement Parts
As the original manufacturer of the instrumentation, Hitachi Aloka field personnel also have access to a full range of items to support your system. To service your needs quickly, Hitachi Aloka maintains a full stock of parts available for immediate shipment.
