This laptop-sized, durable unit represents the technology crossover point between hand-carried ultrasound and larger, high-performance, cart-based systems – while losing none of its capabilities when removed from the cart. Additionally, the MicroMaxx (originally designed for the battlefield) is rugged enough to withstand a 3-foot drop. Your MicroMaxx can be easily carried to let small and large animal veterinarians go anywhere your practice requires.

    Advanced technologies, including pulsed wave (PW) Doppler, continuous wave (CW) Doppler, directional color power Doppler, Tissue Harmonic Imaging (THI), ECG and M-mode, make the MicroMaxx suitable for a wide range of applications.

    The MicroMaxx provides the highest resolution scanning of all the hand-carried systems we offer – excellent for both large and small animal medicine. The MicroMaxx is also ideal for cardiac scanning. The P17 phased array transducer has penetration capabilities to 35cm, critical for equine cardiac studies. The P10 transducer is perfect for small animal cardiac studies.
